The Farm Estate

The holiday Farm named “Monastery” - Podere Monastero - is near Castellina in Chianti, in the province of Siena in the heart of Chianti hills. The ancient stone house is a typical example of rural Tuscan architecture.

In the Middle Ages the Farm Estate used to belong to the monks of Vallombrosa and since than “Monastery” became the name of the Farm Estate. Hills, pathways, flowers fragrance, grapevine, olives, all that surrounds our Farm Estate and will make your holiday in our Farm unique and unforgettable.

The Farm House has two flats. A two room flat (one double bed and one bunk beds) and a one room flat with double bed.

Our Farm is situated at 600 metres of altitude. It is a place where you can relax taking advantage of beautiful walks, horse rides, enjoying sun tanning along the swimming pool and visiting the most beautiful towns in Tuscany, spread quite close to our Farm. In the evening you can cook your dinner enjoying it in the garden.
